When the products arrive to our warehouse, our Supervisory Team take pictures of each pallet from different angles. We receive the delivery note from the courier of your choice and do the count to make sure everything is accurate.

If there are discrepancies or damaged products, we clearly note it down on the delivery note, take pictures and share them with you via email/WhatsApp, so you can pick this up with the courier and/or manufacturer of your products. We can not know the number of units in each box or whether they are damaged or not unless we start to open the boxes and prep the products, but within the 2 working days of the delivery we will share the missing/damaged products list with you.

We rely on you notifying us about the delivery date and in case of not receiving your products on this specific date, we will inform you right away. Please share our opening hours with the courier/manufacturer of your choice so they can deliver the products on time. Communication is key and we will be with you throughout this journey.

Yes we do accept palletised goods. Please make sure each pallet we receive is not more than 1.8m in height, 1.2m in width and 1m in length.

We create the shipments on your Amazon account upon receiving the user permissions from you.

Yes. Based on your product dimensions, bundling can always be done by our dedicated team.

We aim to prepare your products and ship within 3 working days after receiving your products. The time can be shorter or longer depending on the volume of the shipments, complexity of the products, bundling and so on.

Yes we do. We accept your returns from Amazon, inspect them and re-send them if/when required. All unfulliable inventory will be disposed at your own cost.

This is part of our receiving process. We aim to inspect your products within 2 working days upon receiving them and share this with you if the product quality is not correct. You will need to communicate this information with your supplier and ask for credit. This process will be managed by you. Photographic evidence will be supplied to you by us for you to get the credit. The products that are not correct will be kept on the side and will need to be collected by the supplier within 15 days.

This is common and this happens a lot if your supplier changes the packaging, dimensions or use of your products frequently. Upon receiving the products we compare them with the barcode, original image and weight of the products you have shared with us during the onboarding process. If we see any discrepancy we inform you right away. If you decide to send these products to Amazon, it is at your own risk since Amazon might not accept them if the actual product and listing do not match.

Amazon listings are created by sellers and when you enter these listings as a new seller, sometimes you don’t have any control over updating the image/description. The seller who created the original listing might update or change the listing and your products might be effected. Even if you buy genuine products from manufacturers, Amazon will check the shipments upon receiving them and if the products received do not match the products we send, they will question this and might quarantine the products until they get the evidence from you. Therefore it is solely your responsibility and your own risk. As Prep Centre UK we will inform you about this throughout the onboarding stage.

With the experience of prepping and labelling 500,000 units, 40,000 boxes and shipping 1000 pallets so far, with our trained and dedicated team, we offer peace of mind for you. From our hiring process to our tailored training programmes, from receiving to shipping your products, each process is monitored and executed by our skilled and dedicated team. The products are recorded and pictured with the latest technology in a timely manner. We take pride in what do and we can raise hands if we make mistakes. Management without measurement is not management so we celebrate the successes we deliver but we also take the accountability for our shortfalls.

We follow strict rules set by Amazon and discuss these with you during the onboarding process. We don’t take shortcuts, we don’t use cheap products for prepping or labelling, we don’t use cheap pallet wraps and clearly we don’t use only 1 pallet label to ship your products. We use quality products in line with our high standards.

We communicate via whatsApp, emails and Zoom calls.

We require detailed information about your products including pictures, unit dimensions, box dimensions, seller SKU number, barcode, manufacturer product code etc, and whether it is a limited dangerous item or not. All this info will then be transferred to your file and your dedicated supervisor will check and confirm each box and unit upon receiving them. The same information will be used to create the shipments.

As the seller, you have control over your account and we prepare your products based on Amazon standards. If your limit fluctuates and you are not allowed to send your desired quantities, your unsent and prepped products will be stored in our warehouse for 15 days for free charge. Charges will apply after this period. You will need to monitor the “Capacity Manager” on your Amazon buyer account all the time and order products accordingly.

Currently we don’t offer storage services to our clients due to the space we have available. Each pallet shipped to Amazon should not weigh more than 500kg in UK. If the products we prep exceed 500kg in total, we will store the excess products, upon your request, for you up to 15 days for free of charge. Charges will apply after this period. Within these 15 days we should prepare a new shipment and ship these products to Amazon.

Amazon has a window of time to receive your products. You will need to wait for this window to be closed and open up cases if the numbers differ.

We have unique systems to inspect, check and control each process from receiving to shipping. We know who opens your box, who preps it and who sends it without any verbal communication. Loyalty, evidence based systems and control makes our system stand out. We control the number of boxes sent to Amazon twice throughout the shipment process, so we avoid discrepancy in the first place.

Yes we do. In the onboarding process, we discuss the processes we follow in detail and also accountabilities on both sides. Once expectations are clear and both parties know their responsibilities, the rest can be easily managed. We have sent over 500,000 units, 40,000 boxes and shipped 1,000 pallets so far, therefore we are aware of what could go wrong before it happens.

We provide a prep service for online sellers selling on online platforms such as Amazon (FBA). We receive, inspect, prep and label products to make sure they are e-commerce ready, and create shipments, inspect, send palletise/box goods to Amazon and/or required warehouses.

There are strict standards set by online platforms as well as shipping companies to make sure products are prepared in a certain way, so they don’t get damaged from the shipping address to the customer’s address. E-commerce ready products are inspected, labelled and prepped in a certain way, so you as the business owner have the peace of mind since your customers will receive the products in the best condition possible.

FBA stands for Fulfillment By Amazon. Essentially, FBA is a service which allows you to sell your products on Amazon’s platform while Amazon takes care of the logistics of fulfillment including, picking, packing and shipping your products from their fulfillment centres to Amazon customers. At Prep Centre UK, we make sure Amazon will receive your products which are e-commerce ready – so they can be safely and securely shipped to Amazon customers.
